About Us

Body Shop owner in Visalia

Cesare’s Visalia Service Center was founded by Cesare Bianchi in the early 1950’s. Cesare provided emergency roadside assistance in Tulare County, as well as mechanical services. He even provided help for stranded patrons by helicopter! After Cesare Bianchi’s passing in 1976 from a towing accident, the company continued under the leadership of Ken Blair and Jerry Hill. During this time Ken and Jerry introduced new technology in collision repair that was a first in Tulare County. The partnership between Ken and Jerry led to one of the biggest repair facilities in Visalia with the help of Body Shop Manager, Gabriel Jacquez.

After Ken and Jerry’s retirement from the company, Gabriel Jacquez became the owner and operator of Cesare’s Collision Repair and Towing. Gabriel is the former President of the California Auto Body Association, and has been with Cesare’s for over half of its existence. Cesare’s has now been serving the community of Visalia for over 60 years. The company’s dedication to ensuring quality repairs while upholding the integrity of the business has led to new opportunities not only for the industry, but the community of Visalia. Our trained professionals in emergency roadside assistance, structural repair, and refinish allows us to provide exceptional service to everyone we come in contact with. In order to uphold Cesare Bianchi’s vision of being the number one service center in Visalia, we promise to meet all of our customer’s expectations and surpass the status quo.
